Was flipping through the February '15 issue of Bon Appetit when I stumbled across a short interview with Justified's Timothy Olyphant. If you have not caught up with the intense and hugely entertaining FX TV show I highly recommend binge watching it. It is in its 6th and final season. Olyphant plays the main character and in real life is a real character himself with a singular sense of humor. Look up some of his TV talk show appearances. In any event, the magazine's question and answer interview ends with Olyphant describing his "death-row meal:"
"Can I say, 'I'd like some Willie Mae's fried chicken, please?'" ....I'll have that and some Pappy (whiskey). You might just volunteer to die after that. When you go to a place like Willie Mae's (in New Orleans) and you eat the fried chicken, that's a bit of a life-changing experience, in the same way as seeing a groundbreaking film or piece of artwork. It's the difference between listening to a mediocre indie rock band and the Rolling Stones' Exile On Main St."
