I've seen the paperwork there is a contract with all living Stones (including Bill and Mick Taylor) agreeing they will NOT tour. It's a DONE DEAL. You can take my word for it.

Whether this is a joke or serious for some reason I find it much easier to believe then all that other bullshit! And at least it's actually funny.
