FYI -- slightly interesting anecdote about Keith & Stash in 1980

hi -- I was Googling something today and came upon an anecdote mentioning Keith and Prince Stash
Klossowski De Rola in this book, which looks pretty tawdry all around, called I'm No Saint: A Nasty
Little Memoir of Love and Leaving
(by Elizabeth Hayt).

I only share here for the completist winking smiley Those of us who will read almost anything about the Stones.

I am not recommending this content or this book. Just...it exists.

I'm proud of the fact Keef didn't touch these skanks!

Mick would have banged both of them! grinning smiley

um...doesn't sound like Keith was in "banging" shape, at the time, but if you wish to be proud of him spinning smiley sticking its tongue out

Her friend was above picking up shepherd's pie from a restaurant, put not above stealing from Patti Hanen's makeup bag. Classy gal.

As said, the book and its subjects seem pretty gross all around.

[Wonder where Patti was...if it really was her make-up bag she couldn't have gone very far, or for very long.]

Hey, I'm not saying it doesn't make for interesting reading >>> "[Keith] held an ether-soaked gauze pad over his nose and mouth." <<< He was years ahead of Dennis Hopper sucking from a mask inhaler in the 1986 Blue Velvet.
