Referring to the Allman Brothers Band Museum in Macon, Georgia. Has anyone been there? Is it worth a visit?

Carry a little extra cash for the cool stuff in the gift shop. Also, go by Duane and Berry's grave (Rosehill Cemetery) and H & H Cafeteria (currently being remodeled) - all within a couple of miles.
Chuck's house (Charlane Plantation) is just a few miles out of town.

Visiting Macon and going to the Big House is on my list. But if you are a ABB fan and you haven't caught them live at the Beacon, that should be the priority. There are only 6 shows (4 rescheduled from March + 2 additional shows) this coming October. Many indications that will be it for the band that reformed in 1989.
