Who was Ann (or Anne) Belcher?

I have chanced on the name Ann (or Anne) Belcher possibly in connection with very early Rolling Stones' history.

It definitely rings bells, but I cannot find any written trace of her.

Does it mean anything to anyone here?

Don't know if there's a connection. But when I did a Stones Fanclub in the late 60's I' got letters from the London Stones office signed by an Annabell.

That was Annabelle Smith.

Thanks (& to Christiano).

No, it's definitely Ann (or Anne). And the family name is definitely "Belcher".

Still digging....
