That's Mick's riff smiling smiley

Micks chords, Keith´s riff. We´ve got the 1969 video to prove it.

What video is that?

No matter. Mick came up with the riff.

Keith did give Wicked As It Seems to the Stones! He just changed it a bit, put some SFTD-esque woo woo's on it and made Mick sing through a bullet mic.

The riff he played at the end of Out of Control - live versions.

What´s with Mick´s best riffs? He said himself that he wrote riffs people assume are Keith´s. Do we know anything about them?

No, Mick did the riff as well. It doesnt sound like Keith despite being very "Keithish". It's a melodic sus chord progression in open G (with variations, I know) but not the typical "guitarist riff" based on variations of one chord.
Monkey Man is similar to Brown Sugar because of the melodic chord progression, I dont know who wrote the song but Keiths riffs on the C# is great. Sounds a little bit like his riffs/licks on Midnight Rambler, the mid, up tempo, section. I would say they are the typical Keith riffs. Throw in Dance little Sister and IYCRM.

got to be Sympathy FTD, live MSG/altamont 1969 and studio.
Love Gimme Shelter studio even though it's quite clumsy...but the most effective guitar work while playing clumsy...if that makes sense?
soft spot for Under My Thumb - altamont....pure and classic genius with something so simple.

always loved the riff for Hand of Fate.

underrated! The decision to not release this as a single and choose Fool To Try and Hot Stuff instead was crazy.

Agreed...really like the production/sound on that record as well.

Tough to pick the best one.

My favorite is probably CYHMK but so many others.

Best - How could you not say Satisfaction
