Backstreet Girl

Ok this probably has been done to death, but i didn't see it if it has, so what about this track? Like it? Hate it?

I like it. I like the picked acoustics. And Jag's lyrics are funny. I read them as a send up of early British historical snobbery between classes - and sending up the upper class, not the lower.

It's the only track from this LP that Jagger likes!

I love it. It's such a cool mix of lovely, folksy music, almost like a waltz...and then those really cutting lyrics. Brilliant.

For a relatively obscure album track, this has been covered by a huge assortment of acts, I think over 20 on utube
