He has the credentials.

They were a tour de force.

No disrespect to Ronnie, he's fun and kept the band moving and we should be thankful for that, but we all know 69 to 73 was the dogs whatsits.

I think the moniker "Greatest Rock and Roll Band of All Time" fits the Taylor era for sure. You always need a strong lead and Taylor provides that. Without Taylor in the Stones, I think people can argue other bands like Led Zepplin, Beatles, Who, etc.

Taylor made the Stones pop.
