Didn't check but it has to be from the 2006 tape that leaked on RocksOff and that got booted as "Training Wheels"? The gem from that tape is "For Your Precious Love" and the unreleased "Giving it Up" is interesting as well, the other unreleased track "Ready Yourself", not so much.

Like the leaked ABB tracks the versions of the known material is more energetic and spontaneous sounding. Mick seems to went everything to be a homogenus pop/rock 4 minutes.
