Old CD's on CBS/Sony question

Hi, everybody.
I have another stupid question.
How to recognize Austrian pressings of old CBS/Sony CD's?
As far as I understand those that are marked CDCBS 450xxx 2, MANUFACTURED BY CBS/SONY INC. IN JAPAN and DIDP matrix are first pressings Japan for Europe from November 1986
Later pressings from Austria generally is marked CBS 450xxx 2, Made in Austria and MASTERED BY DADC AUSTIRA on matrix.
That's OK. The questions are:
When actually they start stamping extra pages 'Nice Price' in the booklet?
When they actually introduce 'Red Stripe' and 'Black Stripe' CD's?
And yes, I know that CD's housed in black trays sound better than CD's housed in other color trays
