Maybe when the DVD / Blu-ray is official released (1st week of January 2013).
Since "Charlie Is My Darling" is already available on iTunes, it's quite possible, that they release Crossfire Hurricane there too.
By the way, in the UK-iTunes-Store is also a new and enhanced version of the Book "Rolling Stones 50" available as eBook for the iPad (on Amazon.co.uk for the Kindle).

I saw today (21 Dec), that Crossfire Hurricane is now available at the german iTunes-Store (16.99 EUR HD-Resolution, 13.99 EUR SD-Resolution).
By the way: on 31st December, 8:00am, on german/austrian/swiss 3sat TV "Muddy Waters & The Rolling Stones: Live at the Checkerboard Lounge". But only a 45 min excerpt.

I saw Crossfire Hurricane last night on HBO.I give it a NOT VERY GOOD rating.

it is available on itunes in France as well, however it seems the HD version is only 720p, not 1080p.
