Yes, this song is very underrated. If I had a band, this is one of the two Stones songs I would cover.

but i think its mainly micks hair and his moves that destroyed that song for me.

Well that's a great reason not to like a song - because of the singer's haircut!

Fantastic song methinks, wonderful stuff

Along with the equally magical 'Slipping Away', it seems Steel Wheels opus has two of the Stones' finest ballads.

I do feel SW is underrated hugely, as with the pair of brilliant ballads, adding them to the imo great 'Terrifying', 'Break The Spell' & 'Continental Drift' - you have 5 wondrous tracks.

'Mixed Emotions', 'Sad Sad Sad' and even 'Blinded by Love' are, if not brilliant, a huge step up from 'Dirty Work'.

Taking off 'Can't Be Seen', 'Rock in a Hard Place' & 'Hearts for Sale' and replacing them with 'Wish I'd Never Met You', 'FancyMan Blues' and the exquisite 'Precious Love' and you'd have a solid gold classic!!
