Rolling Stones Through The Past Darkly Proto Type Picture Discs

I have two of these Proto Type pciture discs, Proto Type 1 with various cuts of music to test sound quality and Proto Type 2 with "Through The Past Darkly" music on both sides. There are stones pictures on the A side and Ten Years After pictures on the B side.

I have had these for some 44 years and I am willing to let them go now. If you want pictures, email me at tmanblues3@aol.com and I will forward. Serious collectors only please, For those who know these were never released and there were only a total of 15 of BOTH proto types made back around 1968. How many still exist is a question.

thanks Ricardo, how'd you do that. p.s. just came back from a collector store to see if this guy knew anything, he didn't but the PT2 still plays, did not try the PT1. Ain't nothing like the cowbell opening to Honky Tonk Woman.

The TTPD disc must date to sometime after June 1969.

Sorry His Majesty, this picture disc was from sometime in late 1968 before I moved to New York for my freshman year of high school.

That's impossible.

The TTPD photo session with Brian didn't take place till May 1969, HTW wasn't completed until June 1969.

Also, the Ssssh, Ten Years After album wasn't released till August 1969.

His Majesty

you might be right, I was only 12 or 13 at the time, but I know I moved to NY in June of 69 and I swear I gave one to my buddy before I moved. I do not remember getting them when I was in NY
