Being born in 1960, the Stones have provided the soundtrack to basically my whole life: Satisfaction, Cloud, other early radio hits - my childhood, falling in love with rock and roll at an early age. Ya Yas - Becoming fascinated with the Stones and inspired to take up the guitar, bass and keyboards. Goat's Head Soup, IORR - morphing through puberty and relating Stones music to all things sexual Some Girls - graduating High School and entering the real world. Tattoo You - Dirty Work - living care free through my twenties, partying and just having fun. Steel Wheels - Bridges to Babylon - marriage, children, morphing into adulthood. A Bigger Bang - Facing the realities of being a middle aged adult and all that goes with it. All their best work - still what I listen to most and get the greatest pleasure out of.
