In struggle that's an Eminor in open G (high E string to A string)

o
8
0
9

The hammer-on is:

o
8 ->10
0
9

The same shapes apply for Wild Horses, Bminor:

4
3
0

or

0

and Aminor

0

Some open minor chords are:

He alters. On the opening riff of the song and the Saturday Night Live performance he played it with the G-string open, sometimes a bit muted. Later on the tour he changed it to a more pronounced and straight minor E chord, with the E note on the G-string.

Mathijs,

Speaking of E-minor in open-g, has Under My Thumb ever been played in open tuning - or only ever in standard tuning ?

[ I want to shout, but I can hardly speak ]

There are no open strings in those minor chords for open G. It's quite a challenge but it works, crunching the fingers in there.

Nope UMT has never been played in open tuning live.

Not a minor chord but tricky one. How to play A in the chorus of Jumping Jack Flash with the 5 string guitar tuned to open G and capoed on 4th fret?
