The band may be playing to a backing track, but Jaggers live performance is fantastic.

Top of the pops never ever rocked like it again!

Yup I always thought this one to be the best vocal performance and performance by Mick ever. He wasnt this good in 1969, on Let it bleed yes, but not live, not even close. Like comparing an insecure kid with a full grown man. He sort of could have done this again in 1975/1976 when he was "black" and cool for the last time ever but Brown Sugar is one of a kind. Fan-freakin-tastic from the start. Stunning.
