I tried listening to this via the web but couldn't find the pre-69 music
I thought they meant just 60's radio but maybe I'm wrong.

There seem to be several Angel Radios: this is the relevant one:

It's "music pre-1969" which covers a multitude of possibilities from the beginning of recording up to then... Not entirely a nostalgia station, as all things retro are becoming very fashionable (with young people) in the UK these days, so they may just as easily be playing 30s and 40s stuff as 60s pop. Maybe it reminds Keith of what he heard on the radio in the 50s.
