Unseen/Unheard Rock and Roll Circus

From Wikipedia: According to Bill Wyman's book, the Stones also performed "Confessing the Blues", "Route 66" and an alternate take of "Sympathy for the Devil" with Brian Jones on guitar.

Have these performances surfaced anywhere, as video, or audio? Does anyone know if this footage exists?

I think they are in the Stones archives but have never surfaced. Probably they found their performance unsatisfactory. I cannot imagine that these songs were not recorded.

I read that Route 66 and Confessin' The Blues were played whilst the cameras were being set up, so it is possible that these were not captured on film

According to David Dalton in his 1972 unauthorized biography of the The Stones (and highly regarded) The Stones came on at 1 AM after the aud had been in attendance for 14 hrs and did "Route 66. Confessin' The Blues , J J Flash and Parachute Woman". He says the cameras were not turned on( because it was just warm up) but states that there would be many that wished they were for the first two numbers as they were so great....

If this is the can 9 of R&R Circus, how many hours have they filmed assuming they filmed two day's, there must be a great footage left to release as a documentary.

What I would give to be able to watch the whole thing, in its entirety...
