Does anyone know if Rolling Stones "European Affair" double album with purple marbled vinyl is a bootleg or not?

Sure it is. It's not an official release. It sounds like it could be the excellent Brussels Affair 1973 which many people rate as one of the best Stones shows ever recorded.
