"laundry day in 1970" is how i've got those labelled (His Majesty and Deltics have posted them before)
i don't know who took them, though ... the shirts do look 73-esque but it just goes to show:
the Stones have always been trendsetters, even on laundry day :E

During the Europe 73 tour Charlie had his hair cut short.
During the Australasian 73 tour Mick had his hair cut short.
So we can probably rule out those options. The stage setup does resemble some other 1970 pics.

i suspect it's a soundcheck or something - laundry day or not, that doesn't seem like a 1970 Stage Look :E

Well I don't think it's a 1970 or 1971 shot definitively, rather a 1973-1974 era shot and as no one seems to know exactly , now Lady Sssoul I'm more
The thing is that I didn't noticed this pic before, but who knows maybe someday

It definitely resembles the shot Britney posted. Look at Keith's collar (how often did he wear shirts like that?), Mick's hat and shirt, the microphone, their hair. I'd say 1970 all the way.

1970 - it looks like exactly like the other pictures posted (as long as they're dated correctly...). Anyway, wasn't mick always in jumpsuits in 1972-73? And how could it be 1974?

I like the unglamour... they almost look like real people!

1970 - the hair lengths/styles and instruments are all pure 1970
even if the shirts look more like what we think of as "73-ish"

first looking to mick I want to say 1973 . But charlie' hair cut is not from the Angie clip or 73 european tour ... so joker !

The "campy" Jagger look makes me think of the British 71 tour (Mick wore some incredible outfits then).

I said 1970 earlier, but it may also be the UK '71 tour. Keith's slightly campy hair (it was more "puffed" on other tours around this time).

Britney's picture is definitely '70 or '71, without a doubt. Mick Taylor's guitar (he didn't play the SG on stage, as far as I know, later than '71), Mick Jagger's outfit (he had the black one in '69 and the jumpsuits from '72 on), Bill's bass (I don't think he played the Mustang bass after the '71 tour) are all very "safe" signs.
