I just worked out to it yesterday! I enjoy all his stuff, and that cd was majestically produced by Eddie Kramer.

EK has really sprinkled some magic dust on these old reels, Jimi never sounded better, the Seattle Boy-set carries on in the same vain. I hope we'll finally get that RAH-dvd this year!

I never knew that Hendrix played on Don Covays "Have Mercy" till this West Coast set came out. What a classic track, I think Don`s phrasing had quite an influence on MJ, can be heard nicely when playing the Stones version back to back.
