Since Mick, Keith, Charlie and Ronnie all seem to be in good health at the moment:
A: They want to tour and will tour if at all possible= 10
B: The economy continues to suck or gets worse and the promoters can't crunch the numbers and make them work= 0
Personally, I am hoping the Stones will drop ticket prices and encourage more pepole to come to thier shows.

I'm pretty sure that they'll do something next year. But I can't believe that it will be a giant stadium tour like past ones. Probably they'll do a couple of shows in a row at the same venue. Worldwide 15 or 20 different venues.
After all I would like to give them a 8 for doing something in 2012.

2013 - .01 - only because Mick said no tour in 2012. Which, of course, leaves it open to blathering amounts of posts about them touring in 2013. Which, at this point, has just a very small chance of happening over 2012. Probably not though.
