I recently posted a message, suggesting that Wood be allowed to sing at least one song he wrote at the next tour. Would the Stones consider allowing Ronnie to sing this song, with back up vocals from Jagger and Richards. I Don't Think So sounds like a Stones song, and has a guest solo spot from Woody Wachtel, who has played on Stones CD's before. To me, it has a great stones feel to it.





I realize this seems like heresy to pure Stones fans, but this would allow Ronnie to have some influence on a tour and would also shake things up a bit.

No. Forget it. There is as much chance of this happening as Bill Wyman being asked to come back and sing "In Another Land". "Allow Ronnie to have some influence on a tour" is an idea that makes me shudder, and not with excitement.

Ronnie has his own band. Those who enjoy that sort of thing can catch them or listen to the album. Rolling Stones fans should not be subjected to it at a Stones show. What's next, a mini jazz set on the B-stage for Charlie? Just play the guitar, please.
