Mmm...this guy was the poor man's Keith Richards. Took the whole "Keef" look, stage presence, and lifestyle and based his career on that. It's a shame he didn't make it.

What a great quote. I guess Ronnie was the original Keith look-a-like, wasn't he?

Since we are on The Rolling Stones forum and we are fans, Keith is an obvious choice. But even if you try to forget about being a fan and try to think as objectively as possible...how can this one not be a winner?

Brian and Keith - October 1966 is my favourite pop/rock star look...

Cool hair, shirts, trousers, shoes and guitars! Not contrived or clone like(ala Mr Thunders etc)but, understated and tasteful...

...no argument there! Nick always does.
And (to all: ) let's make this thread a celebration of cool, shall we?! Let's post some cool R'n'R pics here, without judging each one by 'Rolling stones standard'...
Too bad I'm at the office right now, and don't have any cool R'n'R pics at hand... cool smiley

I love rock & roll women...:

...ok, they don't have to be rock & roll! Serge sure was a rock star, even if his music wasn't rock (but I like it):

The truth is that Malcolm McLaren took over to US the guys from the becoming band Sex Pistols to study Johnnys unique guitarstyle that later became the most important part of Punk Rock. Keith is a descent blues/rock-guitar-player, and back to this picture, just look at the mans attitude..Rock-icon in 1:st degree..
