Where do you live, folon? I ordered the unsigned version of the Deluxe Edition some time ago and I only received it yesterday, after a short delay until I paid the UK customs duty.

Meanwhile, I have seen on shidoobeewithstonesdoug that someone received his signed copy on 6-NOV, so it is probably on the way to me...

It seems that my box is now waiting at the German customs office :-/ This means about 100 EUR additional cost for me :-(
