So I got my 'new amp. A 1966 (?) Ampeg Rocket 2 . It as 2 channels, 1 for guitar and 1 for accordian. Pretty cool vibrato as well. t hhas a Jenson Concert speaker. It is in fairly good condition. I am reducing my friends debt by $250 US to pay for the amp. He is also cleaning it so I should have it have in a week.

I used a Boss Fender Reverb pedal on it and I got the '' I Got the Blues" sound I was looking for using an Epi Les Paul with 3 pickups.

I am still going to be looking for the bigger Fender Deluxe (etc) but for now...i can try to get that Sticky Fingers/Exile guitar sound. This amp delivers a really good clean sound with nice crunch when using humbuckers.
