OT Chris Jagger

Chris played in a bistro just outside Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada last night. We had a table right up in front of the stage and it was great fun enjoying his show. He's a friendly guy and we talked a couple of times. I can see Mick's reserve in him - they do seem alike. We bought a couple of his CDs including The Ridge, his latest. There's a nice song on it about his dad. During the show he only brought up the Stones once, saying something about Keith being a very naughty boy. :-)Then he hopped on our table and really rocked out. He had no back-up - and the guy is a very good guitarist. Nice evening...

Chris Jagger has also made at least one documentary that is worth watching - about the blues, visiting old blues haunts and artists. Best scene was a chat/jam with legendary Pine Top Perkins before the Austin Stones gig where Mick and Chuck join in for awhile.
