OT - Ebay payment methods

I saw some cool CD's on Ebay.com. The currency is in US dollars.

I have an Ebay and Paypal account and I'm from Europe. How can I pay those items if the items are priced in US dollars and my currency is Euro's? How does it work through Paypal?

Paypal does the conversion for you, at least they used to.

When you buy something from ebay, paypal will link to yours or the sellers ebay account and it will show up in the currency of the listed item.
