Victoria Amps

Just discovered after reading the b-stage thread in Ratbag Boogie - that the stones have been using Victoria amps for their b-stage sets.Keith and Ron are mentioned on the Victoria site as being users of them.Does anyone know when they started using these amps and why? I was always under the impression that they were playing through Fenders - but not so.Anyone know more?

Victoria amps makes clones of vintage Fender-amps, so that explains the why, I guess.
