A few interesting tidbits, if true:

1) Keith is in the new Pirates movie, and Jagger a possibility (see 2nd small article)

2) Jagger is writing songs, and Keith is ready to work on a new album (see 2nd small article)

3) Keith has contacted the winos (see 2nd small article)

4) This release is to launch a catalog re-issue campaign (hope they're not replacing all the remasters many of us already rebought!)

5) Jagger appears to confirm the inclusion of Mick Taylor ("We were not on the original. Obviously, we were off in a bar somewhere when it was recorded").

it all speaks well for the future of the band and it's individual members. it also seems with this exile project they've went backwards to move forwards. they appear to be reconciling at least part of their towering past and at the same time reconnecting with some things that made that era so great. this could result in some interesting and inspired new music and tours (having a sober and lucid keith makes each a real possibility for the first time in quite a while).
