There are a series of pictures with Brian blowing up a green balloon

but in a few other pictures he is seated with a little girl. I was wondering if anyone knew who that little girl was?

i think Ethan Russell took the photos so she might be his daughter or something, but i didnt know if anyone had any info about it.
