That's my re-edit of that same footage...
The DVD shows the Exile parts chopped up into short snippets that are mixed up with other Frank footage of 70's NYC skid row on The Bowery. Now maybe it was part of Frank's visual style... But maybe Frank chopped up his film simply to fit strips in his darkroom enlarger to print stills for the album cover.
In any case, I was curious enough that I wanted to see it re-sequenced and slower... I dunno about all the music choices... Most of the music choices are okay.
