Okay, so we know they paid off kd lang for the "constant craving" similarity

but I think this song is even more similar--it came out the SAME MONTH in '92 as constant craving--

anyone else hear the similarity? (listen to the chorus - starts around :40 if you can't handle the verse)

I don't hear it. And from what I hear, that's 100% AWFUL.

skip--the song is lame--no doubt --but in the chorus, you don't hear ANY of the constant craving/anybody seen melody?

that said, i thought the stones were nuts to pay her--it's not even that close--and like they need to be borrowing from her

I have tried to hear the similarity and I cannot find it. Maybe they were willing to go this route in order to get extra publicity for a fairly lame album!

yes the KD Lang thing was completely voluntary...and i thought we all knew that.
i actually thought HB was suggesting that Restless Heart bring a lawsuit against the Stones.

ok..just watched & listened to the video. From '92??? Their mustaches are from 1978!
I didn't know Yanni had another band.

HB..I hear what you're are hearing but...it's a stretch.
I also don't think KD should've been given writing credit for "Anybody" but it is more similar than this.
When it happened..I also thought it was to get the song some attention...or at most to cover their butts.
