Glad to hear it!

Just last week I actually had the best customer service I've ever had - and it was also from my wireless provider.

I needed a new phone, but didn't want to renew at the new rates because my old plan is better, but you can't get a new phone (free or cheap) without signing a contract so..... i was going to have to shell out a lot on ebay or something.

The CS guy couldn't have been nicer! He extended my contract for two years at my current rates, gave me the phone I wanted, when I said "no" on some services, he didn't keep pushing them. He waived my renewal fee and sent me the phone via overnight delivery and didn't even charge me for it.

Nowadays, you go into such a call expecting them to hassle you, it would be nice if that was the exception rather than the rule. YAY T-Mobile guy!!!!

You bring up several great points.

1. All Customer Service centers are in India (In other words have we now outsourced $7.50 an hour jobs?)

2. We as Americans basically have to waste time each month dealing with communication companies, including cable tv, etc..) to keep them from stealing our money.

3. It is frustrating when you speak English and you have to deal with a Customer service rep that is fluent in English but the dialect is so screwed up..that you simply hang-up.. Then you start thinking, well maybe that is what Sprint wants. No good scumbags.

Comish.

Yes,

1. Hail, Hail Rock n Roll:

Just off stage stage right during the Cosmopolitan Club segment (it's me and my cousin looking like a couple of complete DOLTS! Fleeting shots during rehearsals in the studio. Once again looking like a complete DOLT!

2. Various YouTube Clips (if they count):

Looking like a complete DOLT attempting to play the electric guitar.

3, AVO session (Basel, Switzerland)

Same as number two just worse!

Skype is a viable alternative and has not done me no wrong. But you have to be at the PC to use. It's cheap and documentation is easily accessible. Furthermore you can use camera if applicable. NO TAXES.

Filmed at the Saenger Theatre in New Orleans.
Featured Keith, Bonnie Raitt & many New Orleans musicians.

I'm in the audience somewhere.

YEAH, I WORKED AS AN EXTRA IN THE BLUES BROTHER MOVIE (ORIGINAL ONE WITH ARROGANT KING PRICK/TWILIGHT ZONE DIRECTOR, KILLER of 3 Actors John Landis - Man, is he a piece of work) I WAS 2 OR 3 ROWS BACK , SLIGHTLY ON THE SIDE (Left side if looking from the stage) IN A YELLOW HAWAIIAN SHIRT...The concert towards the end. It was shot at the Hollywood Palladium on Sunset, not in Chicago as the movie makes you think... Hollywood Magic my friend......

re: your girlfriend in the depeche mode video...

MY GIRLFRIEND'S YOUNGER SISTER is in the first DEPECHE MODE film, think it's called "101". It was when DM weren't that good, very 80's. I like the newer DM - more rock, less 80's fluff.... She's up against that wire mesh type fence - black long hair, very Italian looking (Gina)... Give me you E-mail and I'll send you a hot shot of her, she modeled for a bit - I shot her numerous times (at 5' 10" lean mean "Gina Machine")- long legssss - yum) Don't think nasty thoughts SNC - don't forget the E-mail dude....

oh wait........I was in several youTube videos from a Lindsey Buckingham concert. - Did he do GOLD DUST WOMAN? hehehe
