Yep, 30th September and 2nd October for yours truly. If I get myself to a good spot, will try and get some shots and post them.

Its too bad Chris never comes to the US. I saw him here 10+ years ago. He put on a great show. Mick was in the audience--one table way from me, but refused an offer to join him on "Will ya, Won't ya."

I emailed his web site once about possible US tour dates and the reply I got was that none were plnned but if I wanted to book him, they told me who i could get in touch with!! Maybe that means he'll play my back yard if I ask nicely??

Yes I thought it was a really good night, very much enjoyed the music. Unfortunately other half not so impressed, long journey home with unhappy husband. Oh well, his losseye rolling smiley

No, the biscuit-snatcher wasn't me - they were within easy reach, but I resisted temptation. I do know who it was, but my lips are sealed...

A great band and a fun evening: I've just been doing some internet research on Charlie Hart, CJ's fiddle/accordion/keyboard/and sometimes bass player: wide-ranging doesn't begin to describe his musical career - how many people do you know who have been part of both Ian Dury's band and Ronnie Lane's Slim Chance, as well as playing Cajun and African music?
