THANKS, boss - that's what i thought--anyone know about this one? About 18 pages, similar b/w format, no words at all, all early '72 images - I thought it might have been an alternate version introduced later in the tour

I have the '72 "Rolling Stones in Concert" program (as shown in the first picture) in mint condition if anyone wants to make me a Serious offer.

You mean "Mint" as "brand new/fresh from factory" or "Mint" as "Ebay-mint" = good for the trash bin...?

It looks like a 'still' from the "Ladies & Gentleman' film of the 1972 tour (I wish they would re-release it DVD!). Perhaps it is a promo item for the film?

Duanne in Houston - what do you consider a 'serious offer' to be?

I have the '73 tour program. Jagger in a singing pose on the front cover. Mick and Bianca on the back cover.

Torn--i have it --will get some scans together --i got it age 12--1974 - upon entering Ladies and Gentleman in LA while on vacation-and they gave it out FREE with a 45 of IORR (backed with through the lonely nights)

Hassle--it can't be for the film - the back cover is c1972 - someone told me a long time ago they THOUGHT they may have bought it at an msg show in '72 which made me think it was a late entry program - and all the shots are from early in the tour--like the la palladium

i should say also that the 72 tour program and all those since, and even 69, turn up quite a bit on ebay

72 can be had for, oh say 25-40, and more

Be careful with the ebay ones..many (most) are reprints....if it has small white spots on it, its the reprint.

JR

Ps I may have a couple of extra of those Dell Photo books around.

will check when I have some time to open the archives.

i got my 72 back in about 75-77 pre-Internet when we ordered things out of print catalogs including boots.

When did they start reprinting that one, and any others for that matter?

I cant see anyone reprinting the Dell book and it is not especially common on ebay, tho.

also another thing about e bay -- be careful as to whether the item in the foto is the EXACT item u r bidding on, as opposed to a "stock foto" which really gives u no idea of exactly what u r getting.

Send the seller this question if this is unclear with other detailed follow up questions about the item too.

Very good advice ,timbernardis.
Some weeks ago I was watching a special item (LP box set + tee shirt ) and the seller didn't say if it was complete or not.
Of course,I had my idea because the price was quite low.....but I asked him to precize ;the following days he added the information on details.

I am a Frenchie ,as Mick affectionately called them in the Old Grey Whistle Test in 1977 .

I have one of these <1973 Dell photo-book> that I bought when it came out, and mine has a tongue logo <shiny, red, aluminum foil-ish> sticker inside. Did they come this way? It's possible I put it there, but that's so long ago.....
