"at Nellcote?"
you mean the damp basement in which :
- no instruments could stay long in tune
- MJ would lose his voice quickly
Imho : very few or scratch vocals.

Hi Bimmelzerbott, I guess you're referring to some instrument tracks being recorded in Olympic Sound in London (and possibly also Stargroves), and the majority being recorded in Nellcote...and vocals being mainly done in LA. However yes I guess some vocals could have been done in Nellcote...Just Wanna See His Face is a possiblity as Mick's voice sounds a bit like a guide vocal. Perhaps though the backing vocals for this song were done in LA as they sound more professional.
I wonder if any final vocals were done in Olympic / or Stargroves? THese I believe would have been SF outtakes..?
Sorry to be vague...I'm sure the experts will chime in at some point

Just Wanna SHF was recorded at Sunset, as is 70% of the album, with the rest being recorded at Stargroves and Olympic.
The myth of the Stones recording Exile at Nellcote is what it is, a myth. There's only a few backing tracks of mainly drums recorded at Nellcote. The only songs are Rocks Off, Rip This Joint, Casino Boogie, Happy, Let it Loose, Ventilator Blues and Soul Survivor. Some of these tracks have a bass or a guitar track from Nellcote as well, but that's it. All other instruments of these songs, and all the rest of the songs on Exile were recorded solely at Sunset in LA in late 71 and early 72, with some songs being started at Olympics, like Tumbling Dice, Sweet Virginia, Shake You Hips and Stop Breaking Down.
No vocals were recorded at Nellcote at all. Pictures indicate only a small vocal PA was available for jamming and guidance, but surely no vocals were recorded that have ended up on Exile.
