Yes, this is a boot. I think there were several of these Not For Sale 'white label promo' (sic) 45s issued. Maybe some IORR members out there could provide a listing.

The same B side (Exile Blues/Keith Speaks) is also available with Sympathy For The Devil ("dub" version) as A side, titled "Kicking Ass Time".
