The "Frankfurter" bit at least seems to have some truth in it: I remember Charles Shaar Murray describing Keith "sitting on his but" in his review of the Frankfurt show in 1976, titled "Too Stoned To Roll". He made a great opening line out of it:
"The nice thing about the law of gravity is that it applies to everybody (...)"

I have this bookmarked and have watched it/listened to it, oh, 100 times. Keiths playing is sublime indeed and demonstates so clearly how he plays within a song...

By the way, just returning from my first visit to London. I was so impressed and inspired and only wish I could have stayed another week, at least. Cheers.

In Lyon too ,Keith played with his eyes closed ;they looked like two black holes.
I love this Fool To Cry version, great memories for me ! Still I 'm gonna miss you ..

I am a Frenchie ,as Mick affectionately called them in the Old Grey Whistle Test in 1977 .

Jagger is the guy that makes this version come alive.
Keith guitar sound reminds me of a razor apparatus tough..

Nice use of the wah wah pedal by Keith on this one. When was the last time Keith is known to have used a wah wah pedal, the seventies?

Also nice synthesizer playing by Mr. Jagger. Interesting that on the studio track, Nicky Hopkins played synth, and Jagger (& Hopkins) played electric piano, but here Jagger's on synth with Billy Preston on piano.

Good version of this song, thanks for posting it.
