OT Sunday Easter Feast

We're going traditionalist, with ham, turkey, mashed potatoes, some sort of green veggie and dinner rolls. A basic Southern USA Holiday Dinner menu, only featuring the essentials. No need in going overboard as there's just three of us. No company is expected.

Pork Roast for 16.
Last year was one to remember: Leg of lamb with the rub recipe supplied by an Armenian lady. The nobody does lamb like The Orthodox.

Just me, my wife, son and daughter...having lasagna & meatballs. My wife makes the lasagna, I make the meatballs; doing my best to replicate my mom's recipe

Looks like Easter Supper will be at McDonalds or Dairy Queen this year. Long story...but I did see Neil Young play last night. The man is so passionate. There is so much anger and passion in his art. He gave us a great performance. He's another reason why rock 'n roll will never die,
