It's an Arthur Alexander song (correct title is 'Go Home Girl').

You'd better move on was also Arthur Alexander, did they do any more of his songs?

It is on a couple of boots like Rattlsnake Key to the Highway and Time Trip V. Recorded in 63 De Lane Lea London I believe

I can't recall any, though The Beatles & other early 60s groups did a few (Anna, A Shot of Rhythm & Blues, Where Have You Been All My Life, Soldier Of Love). Everyone should have an Arthur Alexander "best of" in their collection! : )

It's not clear if its the Stones or the Oldham Orchestra. Bass and drums do not sound like Charlie and Bill.

Hasn't Dylan covered Chuck Berry? I guess not (I'm not a big Dylan fan so wouldn't no)...

Here's a trivia question Rockman, which one song was officially recorded (seperately) by all 4 members of The Million Dollar Quartet? : )

Damn catchy - I switched it off halfway through and soon started humming it (unintentionally)

Regarding mathjis comment:- Could the drums and bass be pre- Bill and Charlie?

No, it's from much later (something I believe, it sounds similar to their first EP to my ears):

14th November 1963: London, De Lane Lea Studios, Holborn. Producer:
Andrew Oldham.
- Go Home Girl (Arthur Alexander)
- Money II (Berry Gordy Jr./Janie Bradford) -EP-version
- Poison Ivy III (Jerry Leiber/Mike Stoller) -EP-version
- Talkin’ ‘Bout You I (Chuck Berry) -unverified

Did Elvis record that, I don't think he did???

No, many of us discussed this on Lewis, Cash & Presley forums a year or two back, & apparantly it's 'Green, Green Grass Of Home' of all songs!
