this gal -- author -- sez that whilst going to the San Jose shows in 99 that she went to a record shop in San Mateo (Bay Area) and she quoted her friend as saying that it is the best boot shop in the country or something like that
anyone know the name of this store and if it is still in existence??

the only record store in San Mateo I know of is Vynl Solutions.
