For European and Scandinavian friends who communicate with friends or business' in the states:
Our twice yearly clock adjustment happened 2 A.M. this morning.

As of right now it's:
9:15 AM Pacific Standard Time
10:15 Mountain Time Zone
11:15 Central Time Zone
12:15 Eastern Time Zone

Spring Forward: Fall Back. We fell back an hour early this (Sunday) morning.

When I was around ten years old, they tried to do year-round Daylight Savings Time in the USA, supposedly as a partial, Nixonian solution to the (first) energy crisis.

I remember that as a result, we were waiting at 7:30 am in total darkness for our school bus. They repealed that fortunately.

We are back to "normal time" now, which is fine with me. I am not a fan of Daylight Savings Time. I'd like to see it permanently discontinued.

I was to say... areful with political posts here... the words "change" and "USA" in the same sentence are somewhat confusing these days...

I'd like it to stay as it was - the later the sun is up the better. This getting home at 430 PM and having it go dark is stupid.

Interesting facts about DST here: [en.wikipedia.org]

It must really suck to be in Indiana during DST.
DST is not observed by certain counties in Indiana.
Imagine having to always remember what time it is just a few miles down the road.

Ticking away the moments that make up a dull day...
