A while back when there was some complaining about Mick "censoring" the lyrics to "Some Girls" in the Shine A Light movie, I thought that we should actually give him some credit for....maturity.

I know he dismissed it all as "a joke" thirty years ago. But the slur included his own daughter. How was it supposed to make her feel?

So he's grown up a little. Good for him.

I think Marsha seems very together and Karis' extended family is a very good thing!

It does seem like Marsha changes her story somewhat to suit the occasion (whereas, at least Mick generally keeps his mouth shut). In her books she is at pains to say how much contact Mick had with Karis even as a young child (Jade and Karis for eg having play dates as toddlers) while at the same time publicly denying paternity and being stingy with the money.
