I cam across a reference to the legal case involving The Verve and ABCKO. RE "Bitter Sweet Symphony".
I hadn't realised that ALO got in on the act after ABCKO settled their claim re publishing /songwriting royalties.
ALO was claiming copyright to the sound recording (of his version) and asking for £1million smackers.
Does anyone know what the outcome of HIS claim was?
