Its Only R & R(Karnbach) describes on p 347 of the May 12 68 NME performance being shown May 18 68(UK) on Time For Blackburn and Big Beat 68. Does this exist?It would be great to find. On the book(a Wealth of info!) but a couple of corrections I feel I need to make. The 1972 Ft Worth shows were at "Tarrant County Convention Center"(now Ft Worth Convention Center) not Will Rogers Aud. The Venue is close to 20000 capacity not 4800). THe Stones played Will Rogers in 78 which has a seating capacity of about 2800. Also at this show Doug Kershaw was more than special guest-he was the first act. Etta James did not perform at this concert. I know its hard to authenticate everything and I dont want to take away from all the great info the book has to offer.My source? I attended the concerts.
