Good question pr but one teory is that it is two A sides.
A Side: We Love You are folloved by a 14 seconds tail from Dandilon
B Side: Dandelion are followed by 12 seconds from WLY, US And UK, you can hear it on More hot rocks and bouth of them on Singels Collection

I always thought of it as a nice little foreshadowing of what's on the flip side of the 45 rpm single. The concept gets lost when the format changes to albums, CDs, etc.
