Just found this DVD which, apparently, includes some Peter Whitehead unedited footage. It was recently on eBay and the seller stated a footage with Brian playing a Telecaster (which I don't remember having seen before).
I have this DVD. It is more a documentary of sorts about Brian Jones rather than about the Stones per se.
There is about 30 seconds or so of silent, hand held super 8 footage of the Stones playing in a club. It must be from early on as Brian Jones is in the suit and tie get up. About 5 seconds of this shows him with his white telecaster. KR seems to have the LP with the Bigsby tailpiece.
The DVD also has Charlie is My Darling outtakes (actually an 18 minute Charlie Watts interview) and two audio tracks of KR with the Dirty Strangers.
If Peter Whitehead is the bald, bearded gentleman that appears on camera then he is also in the Hendrix -Swinging '60s DVD. I think some of what he says is not entirely accurate.
I wonder where this Brian footage comes from. Anyway, this document looks very interesting, at least for people like me that constantly looks after Brian material. Terraplane, is it possible for you to identify if the year is 64 or 65?
Brian used the Telecaster for the Little Red Rooster session: so, maybe the 5 seconds belongs to this date.

I would guess 1964 but that is only a guess. I will try to post a screenshot this weekend. You can but this DVD on ebay Japan. It is pricey though 4000 yen.
