George Kalinsky official photographer at Madison Sq. Garden in NYC has found in his archive 40 unseen pictures during a concert of Elvis 5 years before die.
The article says in Virgin Record in Times Square now, the picture of Elvis with his coat in exhibited. 1972 same year he got divorce of Priscilla and got a depression. Anyone has been in Virgin lately?

Some very much needed shots from some of Elvis' finest performances.

Hell he even looks pretty good! That jump suite is boss! Love the reflecting mirrors on it. Have listened to those shows and they are damn fine...a few cheesy moments, but some great country rock as well. He had a great backing band at that time!

Ah, great! Elvis was great, on a more or less steady level, all the way throughout mid 1975, and even as late as Christmas 1976 he gave amazing performances, when he was slim for the last times also. He was an amazingly charismatic person.

When I saw Elvis in '73 he had the inside of his cape covered in colored reflector lights. When all the flash bulbs went off they lit up the reflectors like he was pluged in to an electrical outlet! It was an amazing effect. Oddly, I've never seen a picture of it.
