any photo geeks know how this pic will look as a poster ?
how large can it be without looking like crap ?

would it work as a canvas print thingy ?

I've just blown it up in Photoshop - it will work.
that original has a resolution of 100 dpi and 1000 pixel in width = printing size of 25 cm x 14 cm.

the blow up now has 10000 pixel in width and a printing size of 2,54 meter x 1,46 meter. I applied a painting filter with highest resolution to not make it look pixel-spotty.
it should work on canvas.
the downside - it now weighs 165 MB for download.

It's a standard PS filter, Adi.
my PC of course is localized to german so I don't know the right name.
the first dropdown menue in Filter / Artfilter / coarse painting...I'd translate it to.
between Fresko and pastell...hmm, hope that helps.

Check out schillid's print in another thread. The picture is of Keith by Ronnie and the cup and saucer replaced on the table by a rolled up bill.....

It is an awesome photo and is already on my desktop. Feel the need to have a larger print and frame it!
